CODE OF BUSINESS CONDUCT

The Code of Business Conduct is a subset of your Human Resources Policy Guide and contains those policies that are important to employees as they conduct the business of the company on a day to day basis. The Code of Business Conduct is ready to download and distribute. All you have to do is:

• Review the document and add or delete any policies to make it relevant for your company.
• After customizing, update the Table of Contents
• Create a cover for the document.
• Customize the Letter From The President to suit your needs.

Remember to get a signed acknowledgement from each employee when they have received and read the Code of Business Conduct.
