Ron has twenty-five years of business and HR experience as a practitioner and an executive, and for the past eleven years as a senior recruitment professional and as a Management/HR consultant to small/medium sized businesses. He has held executive positions in the Telecommunications, Computer, Hi Tech and Printing industries. His clients regularly seek out his recruitment expertise. Ron is a pioneer in behavioural interviewing and has interviewed over 6,000 candidates in his career. Ron holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Saint Mary's University and is a Certified Human Resources Professional.
